Let's keep celebrating AA & NHPI (Asian American, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander) month! ❀️

Welcome to part 2 of my AA & NHPI recipe series! And today, I'm sharing the 🍡 top matcha 🍡 recipes on my blog.

Ahhh, matcha. One of my FAVORITE ingredients. It's so deliciously earthy, light, and refreshing. It's great to drink and super fun to bake with.

If you're not familiar with matcha, it's made up of finely ground green tea leaves. It's essentially green tea powder, aka matcha powder!

The two main grades of matcha are ceremonial and culinary. Ceremonial grade matcha is higher quality, and is better consumed on its own in tea form. On the other hand, culinary grade matcha is less expensive and is more commonly used in lattes, baked goods, smoothies, etc.!

& if you're wondering, my favorite matcha brand is Aiya Matcha*. I've used their culinary grade in almost all of my matcha recipes!

​Matcha Sugar Cookies​
