My Recipe Went VIRAL (again)!

Hi friends!

Last month, my strawberry matcha rolls went viral on Instagram.

This month, my mom's leche flan recipe went viral! It performed 3x better than the strawberry matcha rolls. I mean, just look at how perfectly shiny the flan is, omg:

The pictures I took of my flan slice were stunning, too. My partner and I joked that they even looked like AI 😂!

And because I like to cute-ify everything, I also made a bear-shaped flan for fun. I just used a bear cookie cutter and melted chocolates to decorate it.

To avoid any waste, I added all of the flan scraps to a food processor and made delicious flan cream. It's really good by the spoonful or as a layer in other desserts. It freezes really well too, so now I have a few containers of it in the freezer. Yum!
